I started working with Bryan a little over a year ago to help manage an aggression problem with my dog. I have had my dog since he was a puppy and took him to puppy preschool and a basic obedience class. He did really well and was sociable with people outside the family and other dogs. Then, when he was about 18 months old, he began picking fights with other dog in our home. I signed up for an advanced obedience class with him, and he not only showed aggression to the other dogs in the class, but to other people there as well. While the trainers at the school were very nice
and sympathetic, they were not capable of managing my dog's behavioral problems. Now, I had a big problem, a 90 pound plus problem to be exact. I sought out other trainers, but I was frustrated because they only wanted to do more obedience work. I felt my dog needed more than that to modify his behavior. That's when a friend told me about Bryan.
Bryan evaluated my dog. Then he explained his assessment of the problem to me, and outlined a plan that involved obedience training and a behavior modification program tailored specifically to my dog. He was very supportive all the way. He always patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I am happy to report in the period of time that my dog and I have started working with Bryan, we have made tremendous progress. My dog has earned two obedience titles and is working on going for his third. People comment to me all the time that they can't believe he is the same dog. Most importantly to me, my dog and I have a great relationship. Thank you, Bryan.
I highly recommend Bryan as a dog trainer and problem solver. You will not receive cookie cutter dog training. Every dog is different, and Bryan knows this. He will tailor his training methods to suit your individual dog.
